Free talk: Leading without Drama

I’m holding an online talk on the 5th December, introducing the drama triangle and how it can inform your relationships at work and at home.

Just a brief note to let you know I’ll be running a talk and discussion on the 5th December at 13.00 GMT.

I’ll be going over the fundamentals of the Drama Triangle and how you can use it to understand difficult conversations and tricky relationships.

The Drama Triangle is a model from the field of Transactional Analysis, in Psychology, that explains how people unconsciously slip into archetypal roles and play out zero-sum games that create tension and stress.

I’ll take you through the basics and we’ll have a chat about people’s experience of it, in their lives.
